RETURN POLICY
Please review for a smooth and easy return of motorbike
Rental Periods are by 24 hours plus 1 hour free… So if bike is rented for 3 days on a Sunday at 10am, it must be returned on Wednesday before 11am or will be charged for extra use of 50 baht per hour (Not exceeding daily rate)
Operating hours are from 09:00 to 18:00. Earliest pick up is between 09:00 to 09:30 and Latest pick up is between 17:30 to 18:00
After hours pick up available from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 at a rate of 250 Baht
Please contact us on WhatsApp 30 minutes before returning bike to ensure that someone is at the shop. We are out doing delivery or pick up sometime and may not be available.
Driver will contact you 10 minutes before arriving at your hotel. Please meet them outside where the bike is parked. Please be considerate and be on time as there are other customers scheduled to be picked up or delivered after you. Also, please return helmets and key and any other equipment rented. Also, any additional fees such as fuel, damage or pick up fee.
If you wish to extend the rental for a few days, the rental fee may be take out of the deposit or paid when the bike is returned
Fuel is not included in the rental fee and must be returned with same level as when received or fuel fee will be added at the time of return.
Please check contract for amount which is from 50 baht to 100 baht per bar missing or quarter depending on the motorbike

NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURN OR TERMINATION OF CONTRACT – Reason for this, is that your bike may have been rented to another customer and will result in a lost income opportunity to the company. Your holiday schedule and the term that you would like to rent the motorbike for is determined by you, so please rent the bike for the period you will need it for.
We DO NOT Charge for small scratches. BUT You are fully responsible for any damage done to the motorbike to bring it back to same condition as you received the bike.
Bike will be inspected at time of return and any repair fee will be deducted from security deposit amount.
If repair cost is above the security deposit, please be prepared to leave this with driver.
We are very reasonable and will only charge you the actual cost of repair plus a small service fee which may include lost income during repair time.
